Project Harmony continues to make a meaningful impact in the lives of women, children, and families affected by substance use and other challenges.
From July 1st, 2025- June 30th, 2026, 25 women and 41 children were served. Through individualized support, women worked toward greater stability, improved well-being, recovery, and stronger family connections.
Project Harmony recognizes that recovery is about more than substance use. Women received support with parenting, relationships, mental health, physical and dental health, and accessing public benefits. By meeting women where they are and helping them identify their own goals, the program provides support for the many challenges families may face.
Supporting Healthy Families
The program saw encouraging outcomes for mothers and children. Four babies were born during the year, all full-term and at a normal birth weight. Of the infants tested for substances at birth, none had a positive toxicology result.
Parenting support also remains a key part of Project Harmony. By program closing, 67% of participating women had taken part in an evidence-based parenting program, and children received support for developmental, educational, health, and other important needs.
Progress Looks Different for Every Family
Success is not always measured by one outcome. For some women, progress means maintaining recovery. For others, it means finding stable housing, addressing mental health needs, strengthening parenting skills, reconnecting with children, or building a support system for the future.
At program exit, 80% of women were engaged in working toward their goals, demonstrating the commitment and determination of the women served by Project Harmony.
Project Harmony is proud to walk alongside women and families as they take steps toward healthier, more stable futures.
Together, we are creating hope, strengthening families, and supporting lasting change—one step at a time.
