SHIP helps make healthy choices possible.
Good health starts where we live, work, learn and play. Thanks to the Statewide Health Improvement Partnership, communities within Meeker, McLeod and Sibley Counties are working together to expand opportunities for active living, healthy eating and smoke-free living.
Meeker-McLeod-Sibley SHIP is guided by a local Community Leadership Team.
