
The Child and Teen Checkups (C&TC) program provide outreach and assistance to enable well-child checkups for children and teens under the age of 21 who are on Medical Assistance. Its services include locating appropriate clinics, assisting in making dental and medical appointments, plus arranging for transportation to and from those appointments. What’s new with Child and Teen Checkups?
The Child and Teen Checkups (C&TC) coordinators with Meeker McLeod and Sibley counties have been busy with outreach promoting the MN School Sealant Program. Meeker & McLeod each have 5 schools participating and Sibley has 2 participating schools. The MN School Sealant Program provides free and reduced-cost dental services in elementary schools.
