Meeker-McLeod-Sibley Community Health Services is hiring a full-time Health Educator to join our team! This position is a limited-term, grant-funded position through October 31, 2019 with a possibility of continuation based on future funding. If you are looking for an opportunity to make a difference in the community by working collaboratively with internal and external partners, this is the position for you. The salary range for this position is $21.80 – $32.70 per hour depending on experience and qualifications. A Bachelor’s degree in Community Health Education, Public Health, Nursing or related field is required.
