SHIP
Meeker, McLeod and Sibley Counties are working together to expand opportunities for active living, healthy eating and smoke-free living.
Project Harmony
Free, voluntary support by a Registered Nurse and Peer Recovery Specialist for pregnant or parenting mothers of young children.
Supportive Programs Available
Providing supportive programs to the people of Meeker, Mcleod, and Sibley Counties to supply resources, education, and opportunities that encourage healthy living to enhance the quality of life.
Child and Teen Checkups Outreach
C&TC is a comprehensive health benefit for children and teens who are enrolled in Medical Assistance.
Crow River Area Breastfeeding Coalition
Established in 2006 as a way to bring together members of the community to improve breastfeeding support.
Women, Infants & Children Nutrition Program (WIC)
A nutrition program that helps families eat well and stay healthy through education, support, services, and food.
